Additional Users

Additional Users

Each subscription is for one user.  Additional Users are allowed for inputting information only.  The number of additional users depends on the subscription level.  Each additional user has their own username and password.  Additional users have access to everything except reports and account information.




  

Add

  1. Click the Account icon .
  2. Click Account Profile.
  3. Click the add icon  in the Additional Users section.
  4. Enter a first name, last name and email address.
  5. Click SAVE.
  6. The new user will receive an email asking them to create a password.
  7. All functions are available to the Additional User except the Account Profile tab and Reports tab.

Edit

Click the Account icon  .
Click Account Profile.
Select a user in the Additional Users section.
Click the edit icon .
Make changes.
Click SAVE.

Delete

Click the Account icon  .
Click Account Profile.
Select a user in the Additional Users section.
Click the delete icon  .
Click CONTINUE.
