An Agent is required for each policy. The agent is the person who is writing the policy. If there are multiple agents, then multiple policies need to be created representing each agents share of the premium. For example, if a policy is split 50%/50% and the premium is $100/mo., then a policy must be created for each agent for their share of the premium. In this example, there would be two policies for $50 per month of premium.
Add
Go to the Main Menu.
Click Data – Agents.
Click ADD AGENT.
Enter the agent information.
Click SAVE.
Edit
Go to the Main Menu.
Click Data – Agents.
Click an agent last name.
Make your changes.
Click SAVE.
Delete
Go to the Main Menu.
Click Data – Agents.
Click the box next to agents to delete.
Click the delete icon . Deleting an agent is irreversible.Any policies linked to the selected agent must be deleted or reassigned before an agent can be deleted.
An agent is the person or persons receiving commission on a policy. If premium or commission is being tracked for multiple agents on the same policy, duplicate policies should be added with each agent's share of the premium.
