Agents and Agencies

An agent is the person or agency receiving commission on a policy.




Add

  1. Go to Main Menu.
  2. Click Data – Agents / Agencies
  3. Click ADD AGENT.
  4. Select the agent type.
  5. For an individual agent, enter a first and last name.
  6. For an agency, enter the agency name.
  7. Click SAVE.

Edit

  1. Go to Main Menu.
  2. Click Data – Agents / Agencies.
  3. Click the agent or agency name.
  4. Make your changes.
  5. Click SAVE.

Delete

  1. Go to Main Menu.
  2. Click Data – Agents / Agencies.
  3. Select the checkbox next to the agent or agency.
  4. Click the delete icon . When deleting an agent or agency, all aliases linked to them will be deleted, and the agent or agency will be unlinked from any associated policies.
  5. Click CONTINUE.
