Onboarding Service

We offer a structured onboarding service designed to get your data into AgencyComp accurately and efficiently—without requiring you to manage the setup.

As part of onboarding, our team will:
  1. Create carrier-specific maps based on your commission statements
  2. Set up your comp plans (if provided)
  3. Import your policies into the system
  4. Build commission statement maps for ongoing use
  5. Import your two most recent commission statements per carrier
This process ensures accurate policy matching, clean reporting, and a streamlined workflow for all future commission imports.

Comp Plans

Comp plans are the commission schedules for your policies and are handled as part of the onboarding process.
If you would like us to build your comp plans, you’ll need to provide an email that outlines how you are paid by each carrier (commission type, schedules, percentages, fees, etc.).  You may include a carrier schedule, however, the specific product schedule needs to be identified.  If a Comp Plan is not provided, we will assign temporary default comp plans. These allow your data to be imported immediately and can be updated later using the Bulk Change Comp Plan tool.

Pricing

  1. $120 for up to 10 carriers
  2. $15 per carrier for each additional carrier

Ongoing Use

Once a carrier map is created, it can be reused for future commission statements from the same carrier—making ongoing imports fast and consistent.
