Projected vs Actual

The Projected vs Actual report compares projected commissions to commissions received over a specified period. Only policies with a Comp Plan linked to them are included in the report.

Report Parameters

  1. Name
  2. Statement Comp Plan Types - select the types of commissions to include in the report.
  3. Carrier
  4. Display Results – All Policies, < or > Projected.
  5. Start Date
  6. End Date – results available up to 10 years.

Report Results 




Add

  1. Go to the Main Menu.
  2. Click Reports – Projected vs Actual.
  3. Click ADD REPORT.
  4. Enter a report name.
  5. Enter the Statement Comp Plan Types.  These are the types of commissions that appear in the statment to include in the report.
  6. Select a Carrier.
  7. Select a Results to Display.
  8. Enter Start Date.
  9. Enter End Date.  A maximum of 10 years is available.
  10. Click SAVE.

Edit

  1. Go to the Main Menu.
  2. Click Reports – Projected vs Actual.
  3. Click the box next to the report to edit.
  4. Click the edit icon  .
  5. Make changes.
  6. Click SAVE.

Duplicate

  1. Go to the Main Menu.
  2. Click Reports – Projected vs Actual.
  3. Click the box next to the report to duplicate.  Only one report at a time can be duplicated.
  4. Click the duplicate icon .
  5. Make changes.
  6. Click SAVE.

Delete

  1. Go to the Main Menu.
  2. Click Reports – Projected vs Actual.
  3. Click the box next to the reports to delete.
  4. Click the delete icon .
  5. Click CONTINUE.

Export

  1. Go to the Main Menu.
  2. Click Reports – Projected vs Actual.
  3. Click the report name.
  4. Click the export icon .
