Types

Types

Premium and commission can be tracked by the Types of product you sell.  AgencyComp comes pre-loaded with the most common types of insurance sold.  The Type section can be customized to the types of products you sell.  Each type can have multiple sub-types (children) to provide more detail on the products you sell.

Add

  1. Go to the Main Menu.
  2. Click Data – Types & Sub-Types.
  3. Click ADD TYPE.
  4. Complete the required fields.
  5. Click Save.

Edit

  1. Go to the Main Menu.
  2. Click Data – Types & Sub-Types.
  3. Click the Type.
  4. Make changes.
  5. Click SAVE.

Delete

  1. Go to the Main Menu.
  2. Click Data – Types & Sub-Types.
  3. Click the box next to the Types to delete.
  4. Click the delete icon Types linked to any policy will be deleted.  All Sub-Types linked to the Type will also be deleted. This action is irreversible.
  5. Click CONTINUE.
