Individuals

Individual clients are those who pay for their own insurance.  Policies typically purchased by individuals include term life, disability, LTC, annuities or Medicare products.




Add

  1. Go to the Main Menu.
  2. Click Data – Individuals.
  3. Click ADD INDIVIDUAL.

  4. Enter a First Name, MI, and Last Name. 
  5. The Individual User Defined Field is a random field.  The label name can be changed from the Account Profile tab.  The data for each individual can be different, but the label name will be the same for each individual.
  6. Click SAVE.

Edit

  1. Go to the Main Menu.
  2. Click Data – Individuals.
  3. Click an individual last name.
  4. Make changes.
  5. Click SAVE.

Delete

  1. Go to the Main Menu.
  2. Click Data – Individuals.
  3. Click the box next to the individuals to delete.
  4. Click the delete icon .  Deleting an individual is irreversible. Policies linked to the individual will also be deleted.
  5. Click CONTINUE.
